By analyzing real-life business scenarios, I have mastered the application of strategic models, from evaluating external environments to building organizational capabilities. Through this case study on Peloton, I demonstrate my ability to tailor strategies that enhance competitiveness, foster corporate culture, and align with ethical considerations—all while keeping customer centricity at the forefront.
